We understand sometimes life happens.

If you decide to withdraw from a facilitated online course within the first 48 hours of the course, we will issue you a refund upon your request MINUS any credit card or wire transfer processing fees. Any withdrawal after 48 hours but prior to 72 hours will be issues a 50% refund minus any credit card or wire transfer processing fees, upon written receipt of your withdrawal request. No refunds will be issued after this 72 hour period from the time the experience begins. Refund costs will be adjusted based on initial assessment access and/or interaction with content.

Non-facilitated experiences are non-refundable. Once you register, you have one access opportunity to the initial assessment but unlimited access to the experience content for 1 year.
